FC Bayern München edge VfL Wolfsburg in thrilling Bundesliga clash
FC Bayern München claimed a narrow 3-2 away victory against VfL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga on Sunday. A closely contested match was ultimately decided by Serge Gnabry, who made the difference in the closing stages.

For manager Vincent Kompany it was his first Bundesliga win as Bayern München head coach, yet the Belgian remained measured. 'The second half was not good enough as it should have been,' said Kompany afterwards. 'But there are things we can take from the second half, the mentality we showed as in pre-season.'
