El Mala turned down a move to Brentford FC earlier this month, opening the door for bigger fish.
Liverpool's Plan B after failed Diomande pursuit
Liverpool view El Mala primarily as a fallback option, given their main summer target Yan Diomande of RB Leipzig reportedly favours a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.
