Marina Martí Joins Costa Adeje Tenerife as Third Summer Signing

Costa Adeje Tenerife have secured forward Marina Martí as their third reinforcement for the 2026/27 season. The experienced striker arrives from Valencia CF, with whom she secured promotion to Liga F this campaign.

Versatile Forward with Extensive Top-Flight Experience

Marina Martí has made the move to CD Tenerife Femenino following a brief but successful stint in the Primera Federación with Valencia CF. With that club, she clinched promotion to Liga F, Spain's top women's football division. Before that, the Albacete-born forward had already competed at the highest level for several clubs including Fundación Albacete, Sporting Club de Huelva, SPA Alicante and Alhama CF. Her record in Spanish women's football speaks volumes: 152 matches at the highest national level, comprising 139 appearances in Liga F — yielding 24 goals and five assists — plus 13 Copa de la Reina matches in which she scored five times.

Sporting Director Emphasises Attacking Value

Sporting director Jordi Torres is delighted with Martí's arrival. According to him, this is 'a transfer that allows us to maintain a vertical team', thanks to the pace and boldness the forward brings. Those qualities fit perfectly with the style of play coach Yerai Martín wants to implement at Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium. Martí herself kept her comments to supporters brief and to the point: 'I'm happy to be here and I hope we have a great time together this season.'
