Real Madrid beat Real Valladolid 3-0: Endrick scores on home debut

Real Madrid claimed their first victory of the La Liga season by beating Real Valladolid 3-0 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. After two matchdays, the Madrid side sit on four points, while Real Valladolid remain on three.
Goalless first half, decisive second half
The La Liga clash between Real Madrid and Real Valladolid produced no goals in the opening 45 minutes. After the break, Carlo Ancelotti's side took control. Federico Valverde broke the deadlock immediately after the restart, finishing from a Rodrygo assist to put Real Madrid ahead.
Brahim Díaz and Endrick wrap it up
The second goal followed when Brahim Díaz found the net, assisted by Éder Militão. In the 90th minute, substitute Endrick completed the scoring to make it 3-0, with the assist again coming from Brahim Díaz. It was the young Brazilian's first goal for Real Madrid — and it came on his home debut.
Ancelotti full of praise for Endrick
Coach Carlo Ancelotti was visibly pleased with the impression Endrick made. 'He looks good,' the Italian said. 'He has great potential and with his goal he already showed his qualities. He has good control and a good shot. He is a striker who thrives in the penalty area. In tight spaces he is very, very dangerous,' Ancelotti added.
Next fixtures for both clubs
Real Madrid continue their season with home games against Las Palmas on 29 August and Real Betis on 1 September, followed by an away fixture at Real Sociedad on 15 September. Real Valladolid face Leganés on 28 August, take on FC Barcelona on 31 August, and travel to Celta de Vigo on 15 September.
