Snake draft
In the snake draft everyone takes turns picking players; each player is unique in your pool. The order reverses each round (1-2-3-3-2-1) to keep it fair.
How does the order work?
Round 1 first to last, round 2 reversed, and so on. Nobody has a structural advantage.
What if I miss my turn?
No problem: after the timer the server auto-picks a strong player from your shortlist.
